+ What is Melon Rose Flower Co?
Melon Rose Flower Co. is the dream-child of owner and designer, Melodey Mathews (that's me). Read more about my story, and certifications here.
+ Where is your shop located?
20 Pleasant St, in Gloucester, MA! You can't miss us, because we're the bright peach door. I also operate a virtual shop with flower arrangements delivered to your doorstep (contact-free), along with on-site garden services for home/work, and of course wedding and special event design.
+ How can I contact you?
Email is best. Most days I have my hands full (literally). Email provides a direct way for you to let me know a bit more about what you're looking for, so I can schedule a call for you when it's conveneient for both of us. Feel free to email me directly or use this handy form to get your quote today.
+ What hours are you open?
Monday–Saturday 9:30am–2pm. Delivery hours are 11am–5pm Monday thru Saturday. On-site service hours will vary based your project. You can always place online orders 24/7 over at the shop.
+ When will I be charged?
I use Stripe too securely process your credit card payments. Your final charge may take a few days before showing up on your statement.
+ “What if you attempt delivery and no one’s home when you arrive?”
I always ask for the receipient's phone number and speical instructions during checkout to ensure successful delivery. Most folks simply include a note saying where is best for me to leave the arrangement. I always text my clients to confirm delivery—communication is key!
